If It’s Heavy, Let It Go

We carry so much more than we realize — worry, regret, grudges, self-doubt.

Not all weights are physical, and some burdens grow heavier the longer we hold them.

“If it’s heavy, let it go” isn’t weakness; it’s wisdom. It’s permission to step out from under what was never ours to carry in the first place.

  • Replace the weight with something light.

Letting go isn’t giving up. It’s choosing clarity over chaos, freedom over fear.
